Start with the plot and the business model

The view matters, but so do access, utilities, planning restrictions, noise, privacy and what guests can actually do there. At the same time, decide who the stay is for and what makes that person willing to pay more.

The layout must work for guests and operations

Parking, luggage, linen storage, housekeeping, maintenance, waste and deliveries all affect the daily cost. Solving them after opening usually creates a compromise that lasts for years.

Every cable should have a reason

Internet, access, heating, energy monitoring, sensors and smart scenes should be planned together. At LoveLaski, the work started with the plot and covered the site layout, installations, cabling, automation, brand and daily operation of four cabins.

Brand and sales start before opening

Name, story, website and photography are not decoration for the final week. They need to express the real experience and launch sales when the property is ready. Interior photography, drone work and short video belong in the budget and schedule.

Walk the full stay before a guest does

Book, pay, arrive after dark, open the door, turn on heating, use the equipment and report a problem. Then clean the property the way the team will. That test finds what an architectural drawing cannot.
