Hospitality businesses from first idea to daily operations

Hey. Running a hospitality business? Let's make it truly profitable.

Hotel, apartments or cabins? Great. I organise the offer, pricing, direct sales and operations so guests can book easily and you do not have to watch every step by hand.

A guest looks. And already feels something.

Emotion, a promise of the stay, photography and one clear reason to book this place.

02

And after booking? No chaos.

Payment, messages, check-in and room access guide the guest step by step.

03

You can see whether it pays off.

Bookings, margin and costs are in one place. You know what to improve and why.

In short

The guest sees a place they want to visit. The process guides them from booking to departure. You see the numbers instead of fighting fires every day.

Everything connected

01

The guest books direct.

Photography, the offer and the website lead to a booking without sending the guest back to a booking portal.

02

The rate responds to the market.

The pricing engine checks demand, occupancy and local rates. You set the boundaries and updates happen every day.

03

Operations start automatically.

Payment, document, check-in, messages and access form one sequence. The team steps in only where it is truly needed.

04

The owner sees the result.

Bookings, costs, margin and problems are not scattered across ten tools. Decisions can finally be based on facts.

One system

So what actually needs to be connected?

Each part can work separately. Together they create a property that is simple for the guest and predictable for the owner.

Back-office automation

The guest pays. The rest happens automatically.

The guest chooses a receipt or an invoice and enters their details during purchase. If they provide a tax number, the invoice is issued automatically and sent to the national e-invoicing system. If they choose a receipt, the sale is registered through the fiscal process.

Online payment, the sales document, fiscal registration and settlement work as one process, without staff handling every booking.

Channels and rates

So who watches the rates every day?

Not someone with a spreadsheet. One hub can connect major booking portals, your own website and other sales channels. Availability, stay rules and rates no longer live in five different places.

A pricing engine analyses local demand, season, weekday, events, booking pace, occupancy and the rates of comparable nearby properties. It recalculates prices every day and sends them to connected channels.

You set the minimum, maximum and your own rules. The system does the repetitive work without taking control of the business.

A beautiful website? Great. But that is not a business yet.

A beautiful website will not fix a weak offer. Automation will not fix a bad process. I organise how the property should work first, then build solutions with a specific job to do.

Offer and profitability

I check what the property really sells, to whom and at what margin. I organise packages, rates, channels and the reasons a guest should choose this place.

Brand and direct bookings

The name, photography, copy and website lead the guest to a booking. Every part tells the same story and has a clear role.

The guest journey step by step

From booking to check-out: messages, registration, access, instructions and review requests. Less manual work and fewer places for errors.

Technology and automation

Locks, heating, booking tools, payments, fiscal processes, automatic documents, analytics and AI appear where they remove manual work or improve control.

So where do we start?

I do not start with colours or tools. First I find where the property loses bookings, time or margin.

About

I do not stop at a presentation. I run it afterwards.

I co-run LoveLaski, SeaSide Sopot, MOTTO Gdańsk and Borodziej every day. I see bookings, costs, complaints and everything that happens in the middle of the season. That is why I only propose solutions that can be operated normally afterwards.

More about me

All right. Show me the proof.

These are not concept exercises. They are working brands and properties where the offer, communication, technology and daily operations had to meet in one place.

And the photography? It has a job to do as well.

A guest remembers the light, words and atmosphere. The owner also needs efficient sales, cost control and a process that holds together in peak season.

Is your property only sort of working? Let us talk.

We can start with a new project or one specific problem: too few direct bookings, an inconsistent offer, manual operations, high costs or a brand nobody remembers.
