Brand and communication

Osada LoveLaski

Four cabins in the woods. Sounds like just another stay? Not quite. LoveLaski sells the moment when your phone is quiet, your coffee stays warm and there is truly nothing you have to do.

LoveLaskiFour cabins. One clear state of mind: nothing you have to do.

Location Tuchola Forest in the Wda Landscape Park - four premium adults-only cabins.
Scope From choosing the plot, concept and every cable to the brand, website, sales, automation and daily co-management.
Goal Stand apart from typical rental cabins by selling an experience and silence, not square metres.

From an empty plot

First there was a plot. Just a plot.

The project started with choosing the plot. Then came the cabin layout, the purpose of every space, the installations and every cable. Only on that foundation did the brand, sales, automation and guest experience emerge.

From a cable in the ground to a photograph that makes you want to go.

At LoveLaski I connect product development, technology, brand and daily operations. Photography and drone work are not separate services. They are part of how the property shows its value and wins bookings.

A moment

What actually had to be done here?

The brand was not pasted onto a finished product. It grew with the place, so the promise matches what the guest experiences on arrival.

Challenge

A good product without its own voice

The interiors, forest and spa created value, but communication had to answer a more important question: why should someone come here?

Solution

A brand built around a break from everyday life

The website, photography and social media talk about silence, relief and doing nothing. Amenities are proof, but they are not the main story.

Outcome

One promise at every touchpoint

The guest sees the same atmosphere on the website, in photography, pre-stay communication and on-property materials. The brand does not end with a logo.

How does LoveLaski speak?

The strongest lines do not describe equipment. They immediately show who will get the most from this place.

“Do not look for escape. Find your way back.”

The forest is not a backdrop for the cabins. It is a core part of the product.

“We do not offer entertainment. We offer room to breathe.”

The lack of organised entertainment is not a shortcoming. It is a deliberate choice.

“This is not a holiday. It is a reset.”

Short, direct and without inventing an activity for every day.

“You do not just rest here. You recover.”

Recovery is the product. The cabin, sauna and hot tub are parts of it.

Who comes here? Someone who has had enough.

A deliberate audience choice visible in every line on the website.

Adults only

Cabins without a playground and without compromise - a deliberate choice of calm, freedom and being truly present, not noise and overstimulation.

Pet friendly

A pet is not an add-on to a booking but part of the guest’s life, so every cabin welcomes dogs and cats without awkward explanations.

Photography, drone, website. How does it come together?

Photography and drone footage are not made just for a gallery. Every asset must show a specific promise of the stay and lead the guest further.

01

Sales plandecide which emotions and advantages must appear in the frame

02

Photographyinteriors, details, people and light create a picture of the stay

03

Droneshows the forest, scale of the investment and its relationship with the surroundings

04

Website and socialevery frame goes where it has a specific job to do

05

Salescheck whether the material holds attention and leads to a booking

every frame has a job

We do not sell cabins. We sell peace and quiet.

All Osada LoveLaski communication shows relief, silence and unplanned time. Cabin specifications still matter, but they appear only after the guest knows why they want to come.

Tone of voice

Short, close and unpretentious. A little poetic when it helps someone feel the place. Direct when the guest needs information.

A brand built around the experience

Photography, copy and page layout build the same picture: forest, silence, warmth and no obligations. No random messages borrowed from another brand.

“Do not look for escape. Find your way back.”
