About
I co-run Osada LoveLaski, SeaSide Sopot and Borodziej every day. I do not leave a project in a presentation. Afterwards I work with the bookings, costs and guest messages myself.
I first created MOTTO Gdańsk: the brand, website and self-service guest journey. After the brand was acquired, I led its next transformation, building the website and communication for DOK 43.
I am not an agency that knows hospitality only from presentations. I co-run Osada LoveLaski, SeaSide Sopot and Borodziej. I see the full picture: bookings, costs, team operations, guest messages, failures and decisions that must be made before the season.
I am a lawyer by education. I photograph, fly a drone, design websites, build automations and work with data. I do not sell these as separate services. I connect them when they help a property sell better, run more smoothly and rely less on manual work.
hospitality from the inside
I design solutions that I later operate on a Monday morning, during a July weekend and after a guest message at 10:40 pm. That quickly separates a good idea from one that only looks good.
I am based in the Gdańsk area. We can meet in person in Pomerania. If you are based elsewhere, we can work just as directly over a video call.
I do not separate the website from the offer, automation from operations or the brand from pricing. Each one affects bookings and profitability.

The voice, photography, website and offer lead the guest to book without having to compare everything on booking portals.
Locks, heating, booking tools, payments, fiscal processes, invoices, communication and AI should remove work from people, not create a new list of exceptions.
From booking to the post-stay review. Every step must be clear for the guest and manageable for the team.
Occupancy without margin is not a success. I check what grows revenue, what consumes time and where the property loses money.
Major booking portals, your own website and other channels must follow one strategy. Rates can respond to demand, occupancy and the market without daily calendar clicking.

Photography and drone
Photography and drone footage are part of selling the property. First I decide what the guest needs to see, then I plan the shot, create the material and use it on the website, in the offer, campaigns and social media.
A beautiful brand earns attention. A good system turns it into a booking, a smooth stay and a returning guest.
How I approach every projectWhether you are starting from scratch or already have a property that could work better, I can organise it with you so it attracts the right guests, serves them efficiently and leaves a sensible margin for the owner.
