Property launch + sales

Forrest Piękna Dolina

Asia and Wojtek found me through the Osada LoveLaski website. They were not looking only for someone to make a website. They needed the launch of a new property to make sense as one system, from the website and booking platforms to every message a guest receives.

Forrest Piękna DolinaThree cabins. One organised launch. A fully remote project.

PropertyThree modern cabins - Herbi, Benio and Luis - beside a forest and the Czerna river near Żagań, Poland.
How it startedAsia and Wojtek used the contact form at lovelaski.pl. A working property became the best possible reference.
ScopeWebsite concept and delivery, sales copy, SEO, domain and email, bookings, payments, channel manager, OTA setup, guest messaging and pre-opening advice.
ModelDelivered entirely remotely, from the first call to a working sales and communication setup.

Where did the project come from?

First, they saw how Osada LoveLaski worked.

There was no cold call and no standard package presentation. Asia and Wojtek got to know my approach through a real property I co-manage every day. Then they wrote to me, and we started putting Forrest together.

From an organic enquiry to a new property on the map.

More than a website

A nice website will not open a property for its owners.

At launch, someone has to think about what the guest sees, where they book, what they are told and what the owners need to do next. That is why this project did not end with a screen design.

Challenge

A new product without a finished guest journey

The cabins were ready. The path from a first website visit to booking and pre-arrival information still had to be organised.

Solution

One logic across every channel

The website, OTA setup and message templates were treated as parts of one process, not three separate jobs for three suppliers.

Outcome

A practical foundation for daily operations

Forrest launched with its own website, active sales channels and a communication system that can grow with the property.

A new place on the map

Three cabins. A similar silhouette. Three different characters.

Herbi, Benio and Luis sit beside a forest and the Czerna river. Outside, they form one coherent set. Inside, the layouts, details and colours differ. There are private terraces, a hot tub, a bookable private sauna, a fire pit and a great deal of green space around them.

Herbi

The most flexible layout for a trip with a slightly larger group.

Benio

Calm and comfortable, built for a stay without a list of things that must be done.

Luis

A bright interior, two bedrooms and the sort of atmosphere that makes another night tempting.

A reference point, not a copy

From a distance, you may think of LoveLaski. Up close, you will not.

Forrest and Osada LoveLaski meet at one point: both treat the forest as part of the stay, not a background for a photograph. That is where the similarity ends. Different location, cabin layouts, interiors, owners and a voice of its own.

Delivered scope

All right. What did I actually do?

This was not just a website. The work covered the entire sales launch - from concept and copy to the domain, bookings, payments and booking portals.

01Concept and UXthe website structure and the guest journey from first visit to booking
02Design, build and launcha custom website shaped around the property, not a ready-made template
03Sales copy and SEObrand language, offer descriptions and content prepared for search
04Mobile versiona complete sales journey that remains clear and easy on a phone
05Domain and emailconnecting the website address and configuring branded email
06Bookings and online paymentsa direct purchase path without sending the guest to an intermediary
07Channel managerone system keeping availability and sales aligned across channels
08Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnbcalendars and property listings configured across the key portals

Fully remote

No on-site meeting. No superficial work.

Remote collaboration works when every decision has an owner, a deadline and a reason. Distance is not a problem when the process is clear.

Property materials

I did not take these photographs. That matters.

The photographs belong to Forrest Piękna Dolina and are published here with Asia and Wojtek's permission. My role in this project covered the website and how the material supports sales, not the photography itself.

Asia, Wojtek - good luck. Forrest has its own character, a strong product and a well-organised start. Now let the right guests find it.
