What happens to your data?

1. Who is responsible for the data?

2. What data is collected?

The form may include your name, email address, enquiry topic, property website, message and an optional attachment. The server also keeps basic technical data needed to operate and protect the form, including IP address and request time.

3. Why is it processed?

• to answer an enquiry and take steps before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
• to manage correspondence securely, protect the form and establish or defend legal claims under the legitimate-interest basis in Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Who may receive it?

Only providers required to operate the website and email, particularly hosting and email providers, plus professional advisers where necessary for the matter or a legal obligation.

5. How long is it kept?

For as long as needed to answer and discuss the potential work, followed by a period justified by legal obligations or the need to handle claims. Enquiries that do not lead to work are not kept longer than needed to close the conversation.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object when processing relies on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority.

7. Is the data required?

No, but the form cannot deliver a reply without the fields marked as required. The attachment and property website are optional.

8. Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 with advanced consent mode. The tag loads when you visit. Before consent and after you decline, it sends basic measurement signals without storing or reading analytics cookies. Google may use these signals to model statistics; they do not guarantee an exact count of every visit. Cookies are used for fuller measurement only with your permission. The contact form works regardless of your choice.

Even without analytics cookies, Google receives visit-related signals, including the page address and basic technical request data. Cookieless measurement does not mean that no data is sent to Google. Allowing cookies enables fuller measurement of visits, referral sources and interactions. This integration does not send message contents, attachments or details entered into the contact form. Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled. I do not use this information to make automated decisions about people who contact me.

The analytics cookies _ga and _ga_C85M5Q6245 are configured to expire after 180 days. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days under mw-analytics-consent-v2. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent disables analytics cookies and removes this integration’s cookies. Basic cookieless signals continue to be sent. Withdrawing consent does not delete data already collected.
