What happens to your data?

Contact-form data is used to answer your message and manage the conversation securely. It is not used for profiling or advertising tracking.

1. Who is responsible for the data?

2. What data is collected?

The form may include your name, email address, enquiry topic, property website, message and an optional attachment. The server also keeps basic technical data needed to operate and protect the form, including IP address and request time.

3. Why is it processed?

  • to answer an enquiry and take steps before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
  • to manage correspondence securely, protect the form and establish or defend legal claims under the legitimate-interest basis in Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Who may receive it?

Only providers required to operate the website and email, particularly hosting and email providers, plus professional advisers where necessary for the matter or a legal obligation.

5. How long is it kept?

For as long as needed to answer and discuss the potential work, followed by a period justified by legal obligations or the need to handle claims. Enquiries that do not lead to work are not kept longer than needed to close the conversation.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object when processing relies on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority.

7. Is the data required?

No, but the form cannot deliver a reply without the fields marked as required. The attachment and property website are optional.

8. Analytics and profiling

The website currently uses no analytics, advertising tracking or automated decision-making about people who submit the form.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated when the website or legal requirements change. Last updated: 18 February 2026.
