My properties and brands
I co-manage SeaSide Sopot, Sopot for health, Osada LoveLaski, MOTTO Gdańsk and Borodziej every day. I know them through bookings, costs, guest questions and the middle of high season, not just through presentations.
Hospitality + daily operations
Sales, payments, remote access, heating, communication and daily service work as one process. The guest sees a simple stay while the team avoids copying the same data by hand.
Health + stay in one property
Accommodation, meals, treatments, activities and stay coordination form one product inside SeaSide Sopot. A separate brand speaks clearly to guests looking for more than accommodation.
Built from zero + managed daily
The cabin layout, every cable, the stay experience, name, photography, website, sales and later operations were built as one project. I still co-manage Osada LoveLaski every day.
Brand + self-service stay
The boutique character was connected to payments, communication, check-in and access without a permanently staffed reception. The guest sees a simple stay backed by a complete process.
Product + events
Instead of explaining the offer from scratch each time, clear packages, a distinctive brand, photography and a path to booking were created. Guests understand what they are paying for much faster.
Client work
These projects were built for other owners. I do not manage them every day, but I helped create a specific part of the brand, sales system or property launch.
Website, copy, SEO, bookings, payments, channel manager and OTA channels delivered entirely remotely.
Work outside my main field. It shows the craft, but my daily focus remains hospitality businesses.
